CASE - A.P. MØLLER-MÆRSK

A.P. Møller–Mærsk

A Capital Markets Day at the Opera

PAYING RESPECT TO THE ARCHITECTURE OF THE VENUE

When a venue with unique and world-famous architecture is chosen, and where the building is a story in itself, it is with the greatest humility and respect for the space that Get Visual designs and produces the event.

WHEN THE ARCHITECTURE AND SURROUNDINGS OF THE VENUE BECOME PART OF THE SETTING

A. P. Møller–Mærsk A/S chose to use the Opera's foyer for their Capital Markets Day 2018. Stairs to the first balcony formed a natural frame for the area that was set up for the meeting, and at the same time created an intimate meeting room and good interaction with areas for networking and catering.

A small stage under the balcony ensured that all participants could see both speakers and presentations. Through the matte acrylic background, there was a view of both the group's headquarters and Amaliehaven.

Using the Opera as a venue provides some unique settings that require minimal decoration to make the space the company's own. And the large glass facades facing the harbor entrance allow for simple branding when the participants arrive.

Perhaps you already have a unique location in mind that is suitable for your meeting – either for historical reasons or because you think the space is beautiful.

At Get Visual, we are happy to advise on the choice of location. And if you need inspiration for how interior design and architecture can go hand in hand and do something special for the company, let us make a non-binding offer.

We are also happy to help book the place we find together.
