The Realdania Annual Advisory Board Meeting are usually with physical attendance. But the meeting moved into the digital universe during the Covid pandemic.
Get Visual's studio in Copenhagen is set up from time to time and adapted to the customers' brand. Realdania chose a very simple solution, where a beautiful paper wall behind the panelists was illuminated in Realdania's color and formed a background that supported Realdania's basic color universe.
The meeting was executed virtually, where the Advisory Board could maintain a direct dialogue with the panelists, just as they could of course watch the speeches and presentations. The graphics and the streaming platform for the transmission was added as a digital layer that elegantly complemented the simple illuminated paper wall behind the Board.
