Danske Bank's Annual General Meeting 2023 was held in a historic venue. The meeting was hybrid, as there were both shareholders present onsite and at home in front of the screens. The voting took place digitally, so that both present and online shareholders could vote.
COMMUNICATION IS ESSENTIAL
The first impression is important to Danske Bank. Both when you physically enter the historic venue and log in via a computer. Danske Bank's easily recognizable blue universe - here built by Get Visual's Scenography & Branding department - leaves no doubt as to who is hosting the Annual General Meeting. But despite the nice exterior, the communication on the internal lines is paramount.
In order for the presiding officer to be able to follow statements from the shareholders, the voting process and the results from his position on the podium, various discreet communication channels are established between the shareholder administration, the board and chairman's secretariats, the registration table where the speakers report, and our producer of the meeting.
In order for foreign shareholders and board members to follow Danish-language presentations, simultaneous interpretation is transmitted to portable interpretation sets in the hall and through a separate audio channel in the streaming.
The many different communication channels are not standard solutions, but developed and refined through many years of implementation, which today benefits all our customers.

The panel table, like the scenography, is supplied by Get Visual, and the panel table front discreetly shields the meeting panel's built-in technology and features.
The lectern is specially made for use by speakers of all heights - it can be both raised and lowered by an operator outside the stage and audience area, so that it always fits the height of the speakers and the microphone comes close to their mouths, so we can ensure a proper audio output.
