THE SCENOGRAPHY BROUGHT THE PARTICIPANTS CLOSER TOGETHER
The Danfoss General Management Meeting is an annual event where managers and decision-makers in Danfoss gather to discuss the company's future strategy and goals
How do you keep the attention of the participants during a conference day with a lot of information?
Get Visual provided a full solution, where both scenography, audiovisual means, meeting setup and meeting format were merged into a whole that enhanced the dynamics and dialogue in the room, and kept the participants focused and involved.
POTS ENHANCED DIALOGUE AND COOPERATION
Instead of a traditional conference setup, the participants were divided into groups - so-called pots. Each pot consisted of seven chairs, a low coffee table and a local screen.
With 30 pots in an amphitheatral set-up, where there were level differences so that everyone could see the center stage, more than 200 participants could gather in a large meeting, where they were also gathered in smaller groups, which invited strengthened dialogue and cooperation.
The so-called pots created a dynamic environment.
SUSTAINABILITY ON THE AGENDA IN AN ALTERNATIVE SET-UP
The green theme of the conference was manifested through the scenography. Large trees and forest lighting, as well as stage fronts and frames for the screens made of wood, set the mood and emphasized the theme.
On the content page, animated images of a forest were used with a discreet underlying soundtrack of bird sounds. The content alternated between presentations on a round stage in the middle, where all participants had a free view from their groups (pots), while text and visual material were shown on a local screen right in front of the group.
The meeting's green theme was enhanced by the scenography and lighting.
The overall lighting was continuously adjusted according to the activities on stage and the local screens, which enhanced the overall experience and created a memorable experience for the participants.
Get Visual was responsible for the entire transformation of the room – from creative thought to detailed execution and execution – respecting the original venue space.
