INTERPRETATION

Meetings with participants across nationalities often take place in English. For most participants it isn't an issue, but many still enjoy being able to follow along in their own language. And when the guests come from countries where English is neither a second nor a third language, interpretation becomes a necessity during the meeting.

SIMULTANEOUS INTERPRETATION

We work with international interpreting agencies that are your guarantee for professional interpreters – regardless of language. They specialize in conference interpreting and are trained in simultaneous interpreting.

The vast majority of interpretations take place through a receiver with headphones, where the participants tune in to the channel broadcasting their desired language.

The interpreters are either physically present in the conference room in an ISO-approved interpreter box, where they have a view of the stage, or they sit in their home country and interpret via a secure encrypted connection.

The latter solution is particularly recommended for more exotic languages. The translation is transmitted directly to the respective receiver units in the room.

WHISPER INTERPRETATION

At smaller meetings, it is possible to use whispered interpretation. Here, the interpreter sits right behind or next to the participant and whispers the translation via microphone into a headphone.
