Our technicians ensure that the technique works optimally and that your webcast is carried out as agreed - either as a long broadcast or indexed according to the individual speakers.

We advise on which solution suits the event. We have ISAE3000 (GDPR) and ISAE3402 (IT security) declarations, which ensure that we handle your data in a safe manner.

We are flexible and can broadcast from almost anywhere as long as an internet connection can be established (though we have wireless 5G back-up solutions). Our Scenography Department can help transform your own premises or an external meeting place into a nice studio for the occasion. We also have our own studios in both Copenhagen and Aarhus, which we furnish from time to time to suit your brand.

HYBRID MEETINGS

Meetings with both a physical and an online audience require certain considerations about the technical platform and facilitation of the meeting.

As a rule, a conductor or moderator must be used to moderate the course of event and engage the audience in the room and in front of the screens. We ensure that it is possible for the online participants to submit questions or participate in polls.

Questions from the participants along the way can be asked in an open or closed forum. Get Visual offers a moderator tool where the moderator can follow the questions on screen as they are asked. If it is in an open forum, questions with the most likes are sorted so that the most popular are at the top.
